Andrus Ansip is the European Commission’s Vice President for the Digital Single Market.
As such he wants to make the EU a leading power when it comes to information and communication technology. His main focus is on eliminating cross border barriers in the telecom industry and modernising copyright laws.
Before becoming the Commission’s Vice President he was the longest serving Prime Minister of Estonia, leading his country through the economic crisis.
