Startup Fest Europe Opening

Startup Fest is a week long festival of events that will be officially kicked off on Tuesday 24 May. During this one day event in the historic heart of Amsterdam we will welcome international keynote-speakers and will facilitate match-making between investors and startup entrepreneurs from all over the world at the Startup Garden.

Beurs van Berlage

Who will be speaking?

So far the following names have been confirmed: Tim Cook (Apple), Nathan Blecharczyk (Airbnb), Travis Kalanick (Uber), Gillian Tans (Booking.com), Pieter van der Does (Adyen), Andrus Ansip (Vice-president of the European Commission), Reshma Sohoni (Seedcamp) and Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.

What happens at the Startup Garden?

The startup garden is the market place where selected startups present themselves to investors (in the morning) and corporates / press (in the afternoon). The selection of startups is done by the partners of Startup Fest and each of them represents a specific sector, industry or region. All founders will receive personal training on their presentation skills.

What’s the price of admission?

Startup Fest Europe is all about match-making. We want to make sure we have the right people in the right room. That’s why we’ll start with the first batch of 250 tickets, aimed at two target audiences:

Corporates / investor tickets: € 995 Eventbrite - Opening Startup Fest Europe

(*) Innovative startups can also win a place in the startup garden, which automatically offers access to the official opening.
